Refund Policy

1. All donations made to Aadhya Care Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

2. Once a donation is received through our Website aadhyacare.org, payment gateway, or offline modes, it is treated as a final contribution towards our charitable objectives.

3. Refunds or chargebacks will not be entertained, except in cases of:

• Duplicate donation due to technical error, or

• Proven fraudulent transaction.

4. In case of such exceptions, the donor must immediately notify us by writing to mail@aadhyacare.org or calling us at +91 8989691011 within 7 working days of the transaction.

5. Any approved refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method within 15 working days, after necessary verification and deductions (if applicable).

6. Donors are advised to verify the details carefully before making contributions.
